For sound accupressure you will remain fully clothed and be seated on a therapy chair so I have easy access to your spine, you could also lay down on a therapy couch if more comfortable for you. You remain fully clothed and the tuning forks are placed on top of your clothes, the vibrations will be felt and release blockages. This modality works on the bladder meridian.
